At Sweet Skin, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering professional skincare products carefully selected by a Licensed Esthetician. Because of the nature of skincare products, please review our return policy before placing your order.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged skincare products.
If your item arrives unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be approved before products are shipped back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
