Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.


Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery times within the United States are:


Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.


From time to time, Sweet Skin may offer free shipping promotions. Any minimum purchase requirements will be clearly stated during the promotion.



Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.



Lost or Delayed Packages


Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.


If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.



Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.


Sweet Skin is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.


If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.



International Shipping


At this time, Sweet Skin ships within the United States only.


If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.


Please note: Some professional skincare products may ship separately depending on product availability or fulfillment location. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
